Ingredients

  • 1 smaller pizza dough ball, 220โ€“250g
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce, after baking
  • 15g toasted hazelnuts or pecans
  • Optional: cinnamon
  • Optional: pinch of flaky salt

Method

  1. Stretch the dough and brush with butter.
  2. Bake the base until mostly golden.
  3. Add banana slices for the final 2โ€“3 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven.
  5. Drizzle lightly with caramel.
  6. Finish with toasted nuts and optional salt.
