Warum das funktioniert
Bananes go on late so they warm without collapsing. Karamell is drizzled nach dem Backen, not baked into a sticky swamp. Toasted nuts bring crunch and stop the slice from feeling one-note.
Zutaten
- 1 smaller Pizzateig-Kugel, 220–250g
- 1 tsp melted Butter
- 1 Banane, in Scheiben
- 1 tbsp Karamell sauce, nach dem Backen
- 15g toasted Haselnüsse or pecans
- Optional: Zimt
- Optional: pinch of flaky salt
Zubereitung
- Stretch the dough and brush with Butter.
- Backen the base until mostly golden.
- Gib Banane slices for the final 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
- Drizzle lightly with Karamell.
- Zum Schluss toasted nuts and optional salt.
