Golden base, chocolate-hazelnut spread, strawberries and hazelnut crunch.
Tiramisu Dessert Pizza
Mascarpone, espresso, cocoa and chocolate on a crisp sweet base.
Baklava Honey Pistachio Pizza

Apple Cinnamon Pizza
Thin apples, cinnamon sugar and butter on a crisp warm base.
Banana Caramel Pizza
Banana, caramel, toasted nuts and a base that stays crisp.
Biscoff Cookie Pizza
Cookie butter, crushed biscuits and a golden base. Sweet, rich, very not subtle.
Lemon Ricotta Berry Pizza
Ricotta cream, lemon zest and berries. Dessert pizza that does not need chocolate to shout.
How to choose a dessert pizza
Choose the finish you want: Nutella Strawberry, S’mores and Biscoff are chocolate-or-cookie-led; Tiramisu adds coffee and mascarpone; Baklava is nutty and honeyed; Apple Cinnamon and Banana Caramel are warm-fruit options; Lemon Ricotta Berry is the brighter, less chocolate-heavy choice.
- Bake the base before adding spreads, mascarpone, ricotta cream or fresh berries so the crust sets first.
- Slice apples and bananas thinly and keep wet fruit away from the center; add fragile berries late.
- Watch sugar, marshmallow, cookie crumbs and nuts closely because they brown faster than the dough.
Set the base before the sweet topping
A dessert topping often contains more sugar and moisture than a savory one. Blind-baking or otherwise setting the base first protects it while Nutella, cookie butter, mascarpone, ricotta cream or caramel is added later.
Choose the card by finishing risk: marshmallow and nuts need close browning control, apples and bananas need thin slices, and strawberries or berries are best kept fresh rather than baked into the center.
- choose Nutella, S’mores or Biscoff for the richest finish
- choose Tiramisu or Baklava when coffee, spice or nuts should lead
- choose Apple, Banana or Lemon Ricotta when fruit should lead
