Why this works
Cookie butter is added after baking because it scorches easily. A warm crisp base softens it just enough, biscuit crumbs restore crunch, and a little cream keeps the sweetness from feeling dry.
Ingredients
- 1 smaller pizza dough ball, 220–250g
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 80g cookie butter spread
- 25g crushed speculoos or Biscoff-style cookies
- Optional: whipped cream
- Optional: cinnamon
Method
- Stretch the dough smaller and brush with butter.
- Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
- Bake the plain base until golden.
- Cool for 1 minute.
- Spread cookie butter over the warm base.
- Top with crushed cookies and optional whipped cream.
