Biscoff Cookie Pizza

Cookie butter pizza is not here for moderation. Bake the base first, then add the spread, crumbs and cream so it tastes like dessert instead of burned sugar.

Why this works

Cookie butter is added after baking because it scorches easily. A warm crisp base softens it just enough, biscuit crumbs restore crunch, and a little cream keeps the sweetness from feeling dry.

Ingredients

  • 1 smaller pizza dough ball, 220–250g
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 80g cookie butter spread
  • 25g crushed speculoos or Biscoff-style cookies
  • Optional: whipped cream
  • Optional: cinnamon

Method

  1. Stretch the dough smaller and brush with butter.
  2. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
  3. Bake the plain base until golden.
  4. Cool for 1 minute.
  5. Spread cookie butter over the warm base.
  6. Top with crushed cookies and optional whipped cream.
