Why this works
The base is baked first so it stays crisp. Chocolate melts with residual heat, marshmallow gets a short toast, and biscuit crumbs add the crunch that stops the whole thing from becoming a sugar puddle.
Ingredients
- 1 smaller pizza dough ball, 220–250g
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 70g dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- 50g mini marshmallows
- 25g crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- Optional: pinch of flaky salt
Method
- Stretch the dough smaller and brush lightly with butter.
- Sprinkle with sugar and bake until almost golden.
- Add chopped chocolate and marshmallows.
- Return briefly to the oven until marshmallows toast.
- Finish with biscuit crumbs and optional flaky salt.
