  • butter20 g
  • 1 garlic clove
  • lemon juice1 tbsp
  • parsley1 tbsp
  • pepper
  • a little salt

Method

  1. Heat the oil and butter, sweat the garlic for 20 seconds.
  2. Warm the cooked langostino for 2-3 minutes, or the surimi for just 1-2 minutes.
  3. Take off the heat, add lemon juice, parsley and pepper.
  4. Salt only at the end, since surimi is often already well-seasoned.

Substitutions

Replace langostino 1:1 with small shrimp. Surimi can be replaced with cooked, roughly flaked pollock fillet. With raw shrimp, cook until fully pink and opaque.

Storage

2 days refrigerated; reheat only once.
