Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (thin)200g
  • Minced lamb200g
  • Tomato (finely diced)2
  • Red pepper (finely diced)1
  • Onion (finely diced)1
  • Garlic (minced)3 cloves
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Cayenne¼ tsp
  • Fresh parsleylarge handful
  • Lemon1

Method

  1. Mix lamb with tomato, pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne. It should be a paste.
  2. Preheat oven to 280°C.
  3. Roll dough very thin (2–3mm). Spread lamb mixture to edges.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges crisp and lamb cooks.
  5. Finish with fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon. Roll up and eat like a wrap.
