Ingredients
- Pizza dough250g
- Crushed tomatoes90g
- Mozzarella110g
- Sucuk sausage (sliced)100g
- Fresh green chili (sliced)2
- Red onion (thin rings)½
- Fresh parsleyhandful
- Sumac1 tsp
Method
- Preheat oven to 275°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread tomato sauce.
- Add mozzarella. Arrange sucuk slices—they'll render their spiced fat across the pizza.
- Top with chili, red onion rings.
- Bake 10–12 minutes. Finish with fresh parsley and a dusting of sumac.
