Why this works
Doner works as pizza because the flavors are already designed to go together: spiced meat, tomato, garlic sauce, chili and fresh salad. The pizza base replaces the flatbread. The key is not overloading the meat layer — if it is too thick, the pizza does not slice cleanly. Lettuce and garlic sauce go on after baking so the fresh parts stay fresh.
