- Fontina50g
- Gruyère40g
- Cheddar40g
- Pecorino30g
- Brie (sliced thin)50g
- Cream cheese (dollops)40g
Method
- Preheat oven to 265°C—slightly lower to prevent burning multiple cheeses.
- Stretch dough. Spread white sauce base.
- Add all eight cheeses. Distribute evenly but generously.
- Bake 13–15 minutes, watching carefully. Cover with foil if top browns too fast.
- The cheese will merge into a spectacular, layered blanket. Rest 2 minutes before cutting.
