Ingredients

  • Pizza dough250g
  • Cream (heavy)80ml
  • Mozzarella100g
  • Cooked ham (thin sliced)80g
  • Smoked bacon (lardons)60g
  • Eggs2 large
  • Fresh chives1 tbsp
  • Black peppergenerous

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 260°C. Crisp bacon in a pan.
  2. Stretch dough. Spread cream instead of tomato. Add mozzarella.
  3. Arrange ham and bacon. Create two small wells in the toppings.
  4. Bake 8 minutes. Crack one egg into each well. Return to oven 4–5 more minutes.
  5. Egg yolks should be just set. Finish with chives and pepper.
