- Smoked Speck (lardons)60g
- Eier2 large
- frisch chives1 tbsp
- schwarzer Pfeffergenerous
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 260°C. Crisp Speck in a pan.
- Stretch dough. Spread Creme instead of tomato. Gib mozzarella.
- Arrange ham and Speck. Create two small wells in the toppings.
- Backen 8 minutes. Crack one Ei into each well. Return to oven 4–5 more minutes.
- Ei yolks should be just set. Zum Schluss chives and pepper.
