Why this works
Cold-smoked salmon placed after baking on a cream cheese and mozzarella base. Brunch meets pizza—and it works brilliantly.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough250g
- Cream cheese100g
- Mozzarella80g
- Cold-smoked salmon120g
- Red onion (thin rings)½
- Capers20g
- Fresh dill2 tbsp
- Lemon½
- Black peppergenerous
- Cucumber (thin sliced)optional
Method
- Preheat oven to 265°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread cream cheese as base.
- Add mozzarella and red onion rings.
- Bake 11–13 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven. Immediately drape smoked salmon.
- Scatter capers, fresh dill, cucumber. Squeeze lemon. Add generous black pepper.
