Ingredients

  • Pizza dough250g
  • Cream cheese100g
  • Mozzarella80g
  • Cold-smoked salmon120g
  • Red onion (thin rings)½
  • Capers20g
  • Fresh dill2 tbsp
  • Lemon½
  • Black peppergenerous
  • Cucumber (thin sliced)optional

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 265°C.
  2. Stretch dough. Spread cream cheese as base.
  3. Add mozzarella and red onion rings.
  4. Bake 11–13 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove from oven. Immediately drape smoked salmon.
  6. Scatter capers, fresh dill, cucumber. Squeeze lemon. Add generous black pepper.
