Cold-smoked Lachs placed nach dem Backen on a Creme Käse and mozzarella base. Brunch meets pizza—and it works brilliantly.

- Creme Käse100g
- Mozzarella80g
- Cold-smoked Lachs120g
- rote Zwiebel (thin rings)½
- Kapern20g
- frisch Dill2 tbsp
- Zitrone½
- schwarzer Pfeffergenerous
- Gurke (thin in Scheiben)optional
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 265°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread Creme Käse as base.
- Gib mozzarella and rote Zwiebel rings.
- Backen 11–13 minutes bis goldbraun.
- Remove from oven. Immediately drape smoked Lachs.
- Scatter Kapern, frisch Dill, Gurke. Squeeze Zitrone. Gib generous schwarzer Pfeffer.
