Ingredients
- Pizza dough250g
- Tomato sauce80g
- Mozzarella90g
- Feta cheese (crumbled)100g
- Kalamata olives50g
- Roasted red peppers (strips)80g
- Red onion (thin rings)½
- Dried oregano2 tsp
- Olive oil15ml
Method
- Preheat oven to 265°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread tomato sauce. Add mozzarella.
- Top with feta, olives, roasted peppers, red onion.
- Scatter oregano generously.
- Bake 11–13 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil. The feta won't melt—it just warms and gets slightly golden.
