Ingredients
- Pizza dough250g
- Olive oil herb base50ml
- Mozzarella90g
- Feta cheese (crumbled)80g
- Kalamata olives60g
- Sun-dried tomatoes60g
- Capers20g
- Fresh oregano1 tsp
- Red chili flakespinch
Method
- Preheat oven to 265°C.
- Mix olive oil with oregano and garlic. Stretch dough.
- Spread herb oil base. Add mozzarella.
- Arrange olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers. Dot with feta.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Finish with chili flakes and extra oregano.
