- Pizza dough250g
- Crushed tomatoes90g
- Mozzarella120g
- Pepperoni40g
- Italian salami40g
- Spicy Italian sausage (crumbled)60g
- Crispy bacon (chopped)40g
- Pulled pork60g
- Chili oil15ml
Method
- Preheat oven to 270°C. Cook spicy sausage and bacon. Warm pulled pork.
- Stretch dough. Spread tomato sauce. Add mozzarella.
- Layer all five meats. Don't hold back.
- Drizzle with chili oil.
- Bake 12–14 minutes. The fat from multiple meats bastes the pizza as it cooks—incredible.
