- Mozzarella110g
- scharf Salami80g
- 'Nduja (spreadable scharf pork)30g
- frisch red Chili (in Scheiben)1
- Dried Chili flakespinch
- Olivenöl10ml
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 275°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread 'nduja first—it melts into an incredible scharf base.
- Gib Tomatensauce, mozzarella, and Salami.
- Top with frisch Chili and a pinch of Chili flakes.
- Backen 10–12 minutes. Drizzle with Olivenöl. Serve with ice-cold Coke—seriously.
