- Prosciutto di Parma70g

- Balsamic glaze20ml
- Toasted walnuts25g
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 270°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread crème fraîche. Gib mozzarella and dots of gorgonzola.
- Place fig halves cut-side up.
- Backen 12–13 minutes.
- Remove: immediately drape prosciutto, pile rocket, scatter walnuts.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze dramatically. Serve within 2 minutes.
