Ingredients
- Pizza dough250g
- Crème fraîche70ml
- Mozzarella90g
- Gorgonzola dolce50g
- Fresh or dried figs (halved)4–5
- Prosciutto di Parma70g
- Fresh rocketlarge handful
- Balsamic glaze20ml
- Toasted walnuts25g
Method
- Preheat oven to 270°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread crème fraîche. Add mozzarella and dots of gorgonzola.
- Place fig halves cut-side up.
- Bake 12–13 minutes.
- Remove: immediately drape prosciutto, pile rocket, scatter walnuts.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze dramatically. Serve within 2 minutes.
