Ingredients
- Pizza dough250g
- Crème fraîche70ml
- Mozzarella80g
- Gorgonzola piccante90g
- Walnuts (toasted, halved)40g
- Radicchio (torn)60g
- Honey20ml
- Fresh thyme1 tsp
Method
- Toast walnuts in a dry pan 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 270°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread crème fraîche. Dot with mozzarella and gorgonzola.
- Add walnuts.
- Bake 11–13 minutes.
- Remove, top with torn radicchio (it wilts slightly from the heat), drizzle with honey.
