Zutaten

  • Bread flour or Tipo 00180g
  • Skyr or thick Greek yogurt170g
  • Backpulver6g
  • Salt5g
  • Olivenöl10g
  • Optional: grated Parmesan10g

Zubereitung

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Gib skyr and Olivenöl. Mix until a soft dough forms — about 2 minutes by hand.
  3. Rest for 10 minutes. Do not skip this — the baking powder needs time to activate.
  4. Roll or press into a thin base on baking paper.
  5. Backen at 230–250°C for 6–8 minutes until set and slightly browned at the edges.
  6. Gib toppings. Backen again until the Käse melts and the edges are properly crisp.
