Warum das funktioniert
Oats give structure, cottage Käse adds protein and moisture, and Ei helps the base set. It is more protein flatbread than classic dough, but it bakes into a reliable weeknight base.
Zutaten
- 100g oats or oat flour
- 150g cottage Käse
- 1 Ei
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: Knoblauch powder
- Optional: oregano
Zubereitung
- Blend oats, cottage Käse, Ei, baking powder and salt until smooth.
- Rest for 5 minutes so the oats thicken.
- Spread thinly on baking paper.
- Backen at 220°C for 12–15 minutes.
- Gib toppings and bake again until hot.
