Warum das funktioniert
Hoisin replaces Tomatensauce, but only in a thin layer. Ente is already cooked, so it heats without drying out. Gurke and Frühlingszwiebel go on nach dem Backen for the frisch crunch that keeps the Süße in check.
Zutaten
- 1 Pizzateig-Kugel, 250–280g
- 1½ tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 70g schnittfeste Mozzarella
- 90g cooked Ente, shredded
- 40g Gurke matchsticks, nach dem Backen
- 1 Frühlingszwiebel, in Scheiben
- 1 tsp Sesam seeds
- Optional: Chili oil
Zubereitung
- Preheat the oven strongly.
- Stretch the dough into a thin base.
- Spread a very thin layer of Hoisin sauce.
- Gib mozzarella and cooked shredded Ente.
- Backen until the crust is crisp and the Käse melts.
- Gib Gurke and Frühlingszwiebel nach dem Backen.
- Zum Schluss Sesam seeds and optional Chili oil.
