Warum das funktioniert
Garenie Butter is added nach dem Backen because it scorches easily. A warm knuspriger Boden softens it just enough, Keksbrösel restore crunch, and a little Creme keeps the Süße from feeling dry.
Zutaten
- 1 smaller Pizzateig-Kugel, 220–250g
- 1 tsp melted Butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 80g cookie Butter spread
- 25g crushed speculoos or Biscoff-style cookies
- Optional: geschlagene Sahne
- Optional: Zimt
Zubereitung
- Stretch the dough smaller and brush with Butter.
- Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
- Backen the plain base bis goldbraun.
- Cool for 1 minute.
- Spread cookie Butter over the warm base.
- Top with crushed cookies and optional geschlagene Sahne.
