Warum das funktioniert
Der Boden is baked first so it stays crisp. Schokolade melts with residual heat, Marshmallow gets a short toast, and Keksbrösel add the crunch that stops the whole thing from becoming a sugar puddle.
Zutaten
- 1 smaller Pizzateig-Kugel, 220–250g
- 1 tsp melted Butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 70g dark or milk Schokolade, chopped
- 50g mini Marshmallows
- 25g crushed digestive Kekse or graham crackers
- Optional: pinch of flaky salt
Zubereitung
- Stretch the dough smaller and brush lightly with Butter.
- Sprinkle with sugar and bake until almost golden.
- Gib chopped Schokolade and Marshmallows.
- Return briefly to the oven until Marshmallows toast.
- Zum Schluss Keksbrösel and optional flaky salt.
