Warum das funktioniert
The süß base wird knusprig bevor Creme daraufkommt. Mascarpone, espresso and cocoa go on nach dem Backen, so the pizza tastes like tiramisu instead of hot dairy confusion.
Zutaten
- 1 smaller Pizzateig-Kugel, 220–250g
- 1 tsp melted Butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 80g Mascarpone
- 40g geschlagene Sahne
- 1 tsp Puderzucker
- 1 tsp strong espresso, cooled
- Cocoa powder
- Shaved dark Schokolade
- Optional: crushed ladyfinger Keks
Zubereitung
- Stretch the dough slightly smaller than a normal pizza.
- Brush with melted Butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Backen the plain base bis goldbraun and crisp.
- Let the base cool for a few minutes.
- Mix Mascarpone, geschlagene Sahne, Puderzucker and cooled espresso.
- Spread the Creme over the cooled base.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Zum Schluss gehobelte Schokolade and optional crushed Keks.
