- San Marzano Tomatensauce90g
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)150g
- frisch burrata1 large (125g)
- frisches Basilikumlarge handful
- Olivenöl (excellent quality)20ml
- Flaky Meersalzpinch
- schwarzer Pfeffergood amount
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 280°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread Tomatensauce. Gib cherry tomatoes cut-side up.
- Backen 11–13 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Place burrata immediately on the center—the residual heat will slightly melt it.
- Tear open the burrata. Top with basil, drizzle with finest Olivenöl, flaky salt, and pepper. Eat immediately.
