- Tomatensauce80g
- Mozzarella90g
- Feta Käse (crumbled)100g
- Kalamata olives50g
- Roasted red peppers (strips)80g
- rote Zwiebel (thin rings)½
- Dried oregano2 tsp
- Olivenöl15ml
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 265°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread Tomatensauce. Gib mozzarella.
- Top with feta, olives, roasted peppers, rote Zwiebel.
- Scatter oregano generously.
- Backen 11–13 minutes.
- Drizzle with Olivenöl. The feta won't melt—it just warms and gets slightly golden.
