- San Marzano tomatoes120g
- Knoblauch (in Scheiben thin)3 cloves
- Dried oregano1 tsp
- Extra virgin Olivenöl25ml
- feines Meersalzpinch
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 280°C with stone.
- Crush tomatoes. Season with salt.
- Stretch dough. Spread Tomatensauce generously.
- Layer in Scheiben Knoblauch across the top. Drizzle generously with Olivenöl. Gib oregano.
- Backen 8–10 minutes until crust is perfectly charred. No Käse needed—trust the process.
