Warum das funktioniert
Seasoned Rind, jalapeños, süßcorn, guacamole, sour Creme, and cheddar. A pizza-taco crossover that shouldn't work but absolutely does.

- Tomatensauce (seasoned with cumin)80ml
- Cheddar (grated)130g
- Seasoned ground Rind150g
- Canned süßcorn60g
- Pickled jalapeños30g
- Guacamole80g
- Sour Creme50ml
- frisch Korianderhandful
- Limette½
Zubereitung
- Season ground Rind with cumin, paprika, Knoblauch, salt. Garen until browned.
- Preheat oven to 260°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread cumin-Tomatensauce. Gib cheddar.
- Top with Rind, corn, jalapeños.
- Backen 12–14 minutes.
- Post-bake: add dollops of guacamole and sour Creme. Scatter Koriander, squeeze Limette.
