- Fior di latte mozzarella80g
- Smoked mozzarella80g
- Buffalo mozzarella80g
- frisches Basilikumhandful
- Olivenöl15ml
- Flaky saltpinch
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 280°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread Tomatensauce.
- Distribute all three mozzarella types—tear, don't slice. Each has its own flavor and melting point.
- Backen 10–12 minutes.
- Zum Schluss frisches Basilikum, Olivenöl, and flaky salt.
