Ingredients
- Pizza dough250g
- San Marzano tomato sauce90g
- Fior di latte mozzarella80g
- Smoked mozzarella80g
- Buffalo mozzarella80g
- Fresh basilhandful
- Olive oil15ml
- Flaky saltpinch
Method
- Preheat oven to 280°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread tomato sauce.
- Distribute all three mozzarella types—tear, don't slice. Each has its own flavor and melting point.
- Bake 10–12 minutes.
- Finish with fresh basil, olive oil, and flaky salt.
