- Pizzateig250g
- Crème fraîche80ml
- Mozzarella110g
- Mixed wild mushrooms (in Scheiben)200g
- Knoblauch (minced)2 cloves
- frisch thyme1 tsp
- Truffle oil15ml
- Parmigiano-REiiano (shaved)25g
Zubereitung
- Sauté mushrooms with Knoblauch and thyme in Olivenöl for 5 minutes. Season well.
- Preheat oven to 270°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread crème fraîche instead of tomato.
- Gib mozzarella and sautéed mushrooms.
- Backen 12–14 minutes bis goldbraun.
- Post-bake: drizzle truffle oil and shave Parmigiano. The heat releases the truffle's aroma.
