- Pizzateig250g
- Basil pesto (homemade ideally)90g
- Mozzarella100g
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)120g
- frisch burrata1 (125g)
- Pine nuts (toasted)25g
- frisches Basilikumlarge handful
- Olivenöl15ml
- Zitrone zest1 Zitrone
Zubereitung
- Toast pine nuts in a dry pan bis goldbraun. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 265°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread pesto generously.
- Gib mozzarella, cherry tomatoes.
- Backen 11–13 minutes.
- Place burrata on center, scatter pine nuts, add loads of frisches Basilikum.
- Zum Schluss Zitrone zest and Olivenöl drizzle.
