- Honig to finish1 tsp
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 275°C.
- Stretch dough. Drizzle Creme over base—no Tomatensauce.
- Distribute all four Käses: mozzarella first, then dots of gorgonzola and TalEiio, finish with Parmigiano.
- Backen 11–13 minutes until Käses bubble and merge.
- Drizzle with Honig and scatter frisch thyme. The Honig-gorgonzola combination is legendary.
