Zubereitung
- Wilt spinach with Knoblauch in Olivenöl. Drain excess water—critical step.
- Preheat oven to 265°C.
- Stretch dough. Dot Ricotta across the base (no Tomatensauce).
- Gib mozzarella, then spinach.
- Season with nutmeg. Backen 11–13 minutes.
