- rote Zwiebel (thin rings)½

Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 275°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread Tomatensauce.
- Gib mozzarella. Arrange sucuk slices—they'll render their spiced fat across the pizza.
- Top with Chili, rote Zwiebel rings.
- Backen 10–12 minutes. Zum Schluss frisch Petersilie and a dusting of sumac.
