  • Pizzateig (thin)200g
  • Minced lamb200g
  • Tomato (finely diced)2
  • Red pepper (finely diced)1
  • Onion (finely diced)1
  • Knoblauch (minced)3 cloves
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Cayenne¼ tsp
  • frisch Petersilielarge handful
  • Zitrone1

Zubereitung

  1. Mix lamb with tomato, pepper, onion, Knoblauch, cumin, paprika, cayenne. Es sollte a paste.
  2. Preheat oven to 280°C.
  3. Roll dough very thin (2–3mm). Spread lamb mixture to edges.
  4. Backen 8–10 minutes until edges crisp and lamb cooks.
  5. Zum Schluss frisch Petersilie, a squeeze of Zitrone. Roll up and eat like a wrap.
