Warum das funktioniert
Thin, knusprig flatbread topped with spiced minced lamb, peppers, tomatoes, and Petersilie. A Turkish street food masterpiece.
Zutaten
- Pizzateig (thin)200g
- Minced lamb200g
- Tomato (finely diced)2
- Red pepper (finely diced)1
- Onion (finely diced)1
- Knoblauch (minced)3 cloves
- Cumin1 tsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Cayenne¼ tsp
- frisch Petersilielarge handful
- Zitrone1
Zubereitung
- Mix lamb with tomato, pepper, onion, Knoblauch, cumin, paprika, cayenne. Es sollte a paste.
- Preheat oven to 280°C.
- Roll dough very thin (2–3mm). Spread lamb mixture to edges.
- Backen 8–10 minutes until edges crisp and lamb cooks.
- Zum Schluss frisch Petersilie, a squeeze of Zitrone. Roll up and eat like a wrap.
