- Red & yellow peppers (strips)150g
- Zucchini (in Scheiben)1 medium
- Eiplant (cubed)½
- Karamellized onions80g
- Kalamata olives40g
- frisches Basilikumhandful
Zubereitung
- Roast peppers, zucchini, and Eiplant at 220°C for 15 minutes with Olivenöl and salt.
- Preheat pizza oven to 265°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread Tomatensauce. Gib mozzarella.
- Top generously with roasted vegetables, Karamellized onions, olives.
- Backen 12–14 minutes. Zum Schluss frisches Basilikum.
