- Pizzateig250g
- Basil pesto80g
- Mozzarella100g
- Zucchini (shaved into ribbons)2 medium
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)100g
- Pine nuts20g
- frisches Basilikumhandful
- Zitrone½
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 265°C.
- Stretch dough. Spread pesto as base.
- Gib mozzarella and shaved zucchini ribbons (use a peeler).
- Gib cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
- Backen 10–12 minutes.
- Zum Schluss frisches Basilikum, a squeeze of Zitrone, and a drizzle of Olivenöl.
