- Low-moisture mozzarella130g
- Grilled chicken breast (sliced)150g
- Red onion (sliced thin)½

Method
- Preheat oven to 260°C. Grill or pan-fry chicken breast. Slice thin.
- Stretch dough. Spread BBQ sauce instead of tomato—be generous.
- Add mozzarella and cheddar. Top with chicken, red onion, jalapeños.
- Bake 12–14 minutes until bubbly and caramelized.
- Finish with fresh cilantro. Serve with Coke Cherry—the ultimate pairing.
